Jack: Cafe Marron has recently revised their menu. Out are the standards I raved about in my previous review, and In are a new, more refined selection of breakfast fare. The "Eggs with herbs" are well done with a delightful selection of fresh herbs. The red potatoes are perfectly browned and wonderfully seasoned. Kim shared a bite of her French Toast the other morning, and it was like eating French Toast made from pound cake: sweet, delightful, but way to rich for my tastes. The coffee mugs no longer suffer lipstick stains, and the coffee is gourmet and plentiful.

Jack: Previous Review The Southwestern Vegetable Scramble is amazing with sauteed peppers, onions, tomatoes and corn. The salsa served on the side has a nice kick that really rounds out this tasty dish. They have had some veggie "Daily Eggs" that have been scrumptious, and their Corned Beef Hash is made with real corned beef and red potatoes--nothing resembling dog food in this dish. Coffee is excellent and plentiful, just watch your glass rims for lipstick stains.
