Breakfast or Brunch here is exquisite. The Shirred Eggs is amazing, served in an iron skillet. The omelets are amazing and salmon hash worth every penny. Portions are perfect--you wont find a half pound of greasy hash browns as filler here. Coffee is amazing and plentiful. Depending on how busy they are, you can ask for a french press over the drip for an extra rich cup of coffee. Kudos to Jeremy and Kate Hansen for bringing great food to Spokane.
